Taco Tuesday
Author: railscenes

Another routine freight rolling southbound (SP West) through Woodburn, OR last Tuesday, 9/10/19.
Oh almost forgot - The Tacos, they were being fresh made across Front St at Luis’s Taqueria in downtown Woodburn.

Nice video, but tacos in Oregon - just don't seem right...   :)

I’m sure they’re better than Taco John’s.

Well, Curt, you could just follow the Wye track down the former SP branch line, now Willamette Valley RR, east to Mt. Angel, OR, for October Fest for local made beer, brats and Kielbassa. Then down to Mill City, OR for the 100 anniversary celebration of the SP Steel bridge this Saturday. Thanks for asking.

The 20-year-old 7283 still has "under warranty" stenciled under the cab window.  Definitely its original coat of paint, not counting the yellow reflective frame stripe.
