Where is WAMX 3516 headed?

I saw this yesterday morning tucked away in the Eugene Yard (apologies for the lousy shot).  WAMX 3516 is an ex-Palouse River and Coulee City 2353, a GP35 built in 1965 for PRR.

No apologies necessary!  Thank you so much for reporting this move and including a photo of any quality.  It is amazing how many of these shortline moves go unreported/undocumented, yet everyone seems to know where every heritage unit is 24/7/365... ;-p

Watco has the plant switching contract at Toledo.

Thanks for the info, much appreciated.  Hopefully it will be working the next time I am in Toledo and I can get it in action.
