Coming and going at Hiland, Cajon Pass.

-Eastbound 'I' train has been flying across the high desert but is now easing toward the steep descent of the pass.
-Westbound manifest has the hard work behind, until it arrives in Mojave some 80 odd miles away to face its next obstacle the Tehachapis.
