Willamina and Grand Rhond R.R. Hopper 7121?

WGR 7121 visits sunny Cajon Pass, CA last Sat. I haven't seen cars from this railway before perhaps
someone here on TO-can shed some light!

We sold the assets of the WGR to Hampton Lumber, but kept the WGR and folded WGR into Willamette Valley Railway which  interchanges with UP at Woodburn, OR

That original number font on that car is also a notable find.

That has to be the lowest positioning of reporting marks that I've ever seen on a covered hopper.
Usually they're a couple of feet higher.

The unit was former NAHX 7121 according to Umler.
