A three year old could finish these investigations well enough to let the train go in 20 minutes. The rest is clean up work. Suicide, drunk, doper, ear buds in groovin' to the tunes, jogger following the rails - same result.

There was a classic story that rings a familiar tone. Scrooge was reviled for the quote. "If they would rather die," said Scrooge, "they had better do it, and decrease the surpluss population." No matter who this 52 year old was, there is most likely someone who if mourning his death. It is also pretty callous to the train crew that they are reduced to a position of herd thinning.
