The locomotives heading to Texas storage are all Laid Up For Sale. BNSF is done with them. Whatever happens to them, scrap or resale, is up to whomever eventually purchases them. I can't help but wonder if a deal is in the works but not final to export these units, and the previously sent SD70MACs.
