Western Railroad Discussion > Cumby txDate: 01/14/20 20:18 Cumby tx Author: deefrank87 I've traveled between little rock and dallas for years and I know the tracks parallel I30 for a few miles, but I've never seen a train on these tracks so my question is are these tracks abandoned or I just be passing through at a bad time?
Also I've noticed that the signals between sulphur springs and cumby are the newer PTC type signals so is this the kcs line or UP? TIA Posted from Android Date: 01/14/20 21:31 Re: Cumby tx Author: czephyr17 KCS, probably about a dozen trains per day.

you will be almost guaranteed to see a KCS train Date: 01/19/20 14:34 Re: Cumby tx Author: deefrank87 Thanks for the responses and yes I guess I do have terrible timing since i could never catch a train while traveling through the area
