Imported Snow . . .
Author: SCKP187

Just a grab shot of UP 6064 in the warm climate of Kellyville OK with snow still on the pilot from its travels in the norther states.  A lot of diversity in this train with UP and BNSF leaders and CP CPU, Canadian oil destined for Stroud OK on former Frisco Oklahoma Sub that is now a part of Watco Stillwater Central.
Measurable snow in Oklahoma---ha
Thanks for looking

Like the oil train shot! Great catch with the snow on the front in the warm climate.

Nice Shot Brian!  Reminds me of a train a few years ago on the UP.  It was the westbound ZG4CI (Global 4 to City of Industry - Premium Intermodal) and the lead unit had snow packed like that when it was coming around the curve at Shawmut, AZ. It wasn't a cold day either, but it was "cool" to see.

Back in the 1970's the Rock Island yard in Ft Worth was full of gondolas of snow sent south from Chicago area to melt.  It did.

Nice shot Brian - a little "present" from the North.
