Last Weeks Four Service Metrics 5 Class 1's

#1.The first two charts below shows four service metrics for five US Class 1 roads for week ending February 7, 2020.

#2. The third chart below shows the last 8 week averages for five Class 1 roads through week ending February 7, 2020.

At the height of last last years record rain and resulting floods the highs for Average Trains Held Per Day 4+ hours for both western roads:
BNSF 3/29/19 …. 212 Trains       UP 3/22/19 ….214 Trains

BNSF has furloughed a lot of people and I've heard they've cut back way too much, so many delays and jobs not getting filled due to lack of crews.  It also seems like, even though BNSF is putting locomotives in storage now, there are many trains being held for power.
