Some of Friday's action On The BNSF Northern Transcon--EMD

It was a breezy(20-30mph) sunny and then partly cloudy day in Ritzville, WA on the BNSF Lakeside Sub. The high-low was 47-30. A bit of rain on the way. Traffic was fairly busy with 33 trains since midnight. Here are some of the trains from today and one from yesterday.

2/13/2020

1. WB 412pm intermodal train with BNSF 8283-7926 on the point with DPU.
2. DPU BNSF 9299 on same train.

2/14/2020

3. WB 952am garbage/manifest train with BNSF 1677-104-1655 on the pull with no DPU and a friendly toot-toot from the hogger. Nice looking EMD units

4. Another shot of BNSF 1655 on same train.
5. EB 1045am manifest train with BNSF 6559-7079-6302 on the point with no DPU.
6. EB 1124am empty oil train with BNSF 8438-8577 on the pull with DPU.

8. DPU BNSF 6382 on same train fading away by old NP Ritzville Depot.
9. WB 1139m coal train with BNSF 6270-5979-5926 on the pull with DPU.

10. DPU BNSF 9963 on same train.
11. WB 156pm oil train with BNSF 6629-4581 on the point with DPU's. Sorry about the blur. Not sure why that happens.
12. DPU's BNSF 4190-4240 on same train.

13. EB 229pm manifest train with BNSF 7164-617-7362 and green and cream 9574 on the pull with no DPU and a friendly toot-toot from the hogger and wave from the conductor.
14. Another shot of BNSF Grinstein 9574 on same train.
15. Older ATSF Santa Fe hopper rolling in same train.

16. WB 310pm coal train with BNSF 8073-9962-8915 on the point with DPU and a friendly toot-toot from the hogger.
17. DPU BNSF 8495 on same train.
