UP eb 1111 on Spl Thru Kansas

The UP ran an eb passenger special through Kansas on the Golden State route today.  Train was photographed at Hutchinson, Ks.  Symbol was PEPCB.   Don't know anything about what it was for.  Sky was overcast so photo is not the best.  Only power was the special painted and numbered 1111.  Anyone have any information abou the train?  Thanks  for looking.

       Information from a UP guy is that it was mostly empty and would be coming back on the Golden State Route  in 2 weeks. Unfortunately I do not know what the  trip will be for.

Probably either an inspection tour or a shippers entertain special.
