For the past 13 months a group of folks who monitor the Tehachapi depot cam have produced a monthly train log. You can go to trainnews and review the logs, you can also email the administrator and he can add you to the mailing list.

I tried to attached the file for January 2020 but this site does not allow files of the size necessary or the pdf format.
