Some Of Thursday's Action On The BNSF Northern Transcon

It was a partly cloudy to cloudy day in Ritzville, WA on the BNSF Lakeside Sub with a high-low of 45-26. Traffic was fairly steady with 28 trains since midnight. Here are some of today's trains and a couple from yeaterday.

3/25/2020

1. WB 248pm grain train with BNSF 6849-5791 on the point with DPU.
2. Old CNW hopper rolling in same train.
3. Grab shot of EB 306pm garbage/manifest train with 4 BNSF Orange and one KCS on the point with no DPU.

4. Another shot of KCS 4616 on same train.
5. BNSF 485704 BN Heritage Hopper rolling in WB 417pm grain train.
6. DPU BNSF 8898 on WB 546pm coal train.

7. WB 944am coal train with BNSF 9042-5160-6220 on the pull with DPU.
8, DPU BNSF 8495 on same train.
9. WB 1019am grain train with BNSF 7962 on the point with DPU's and a friendly toot-toot from the hogger.

11. WB 1037am grain train with BNSF 8098-7934 on the pull with DPU.
12. BNSF 478793 NP Heritage Hopper rolling in same train.

14. EB 1144am "Q or Z" train with BNSF 8382-7324-7645 on the point.
15. The End of same train fading away by old NP Ritzville Depot.

16. WB 132pm grain train with BNSF 6339-8817 on the pull with DPU.
17. Another shot of BNSF 8817 on same train.
18. BNSF 486742 Frisco Heritage Hopper rolling in same train. Lots of heritage Hoppers rolling thru lately.

19. WB 146pm manifest train with BNSF 7047, CP 8733 and BNSF 1677 on the point with no DPU.
20 Another power shot of same train.
21. EB 312pm manifest train with BNSF 6705-7733 on the pull with no DPU.
