Most often it follows the 10:35 out of CUS when it passes A5. If it's out of Clearing Yard early and the they are ready to go North from A5, sometimes they highball behind the 8:35 out of CUS past A5. I found out today that there were two Northbound WSORs on Tuesday night. A grain extra left A5 around midnight. For instance, the Janesville-Clearing (SB) used to pass through my area very consistently around 00:40. I never recall hearing a NB WSOR before 02:00'ish [on rare times that I was up.] The window was never more than about a 30-minute variation for the SB (can't say for sure about the NB.)
Now it's all over the map... and my sense of it is, this was even before COVID-19 messed up a lot of our commerce. ~Joe P. Hainesville, IL |
