Thanks.  What is the back story here - is that grade crossing causing BNSF to modify its new track configuration?

Our mayor wants keep the crossings opened since Cleburne is a growing town these days. BNSF sounds like they want to offer upgrades to close some crossings in order to build their new double track main from Alliance to Rio Vista or remove some of the crossings in town. They are now saying they are expecting additional rail traffic from this project.
