That is a really net plaque.

Don't know the bridge but on the BNSF in the Columbia River Gorge.

FYI, the American  Bridge plant in Elmira, NY that built the original bridge is still in the RR business. Amtrak's new Viewliners are being built there.

Wind river is correct.  One of my favorite spots to kayak.
