It was always refeshing to work with the MOW guys, at least they knew what they were doing. The old heads in TE&Y were so jaded and cynical
that it hurt to listen to them. The new guys, especially after the Tier 2 wage thing were just hanging on and hoping the old guys weren't right.

I was bestowed status as “Old Head” by the oldest head a few months ago before he retired so I don’t know whether to be pissed at you, or laugh. 🤔

Yeah, enlighten us Plebeians how that’s gonna work in the USA, along with driverless trucks, pilotless planes, flying cars, robots performing surgery. According to the AAR and some here it’s only 3 years away.

They had a pretty spectacular runaway wreck because it didn't. Actually, there was a train driver, a one man operation, but the results would have been the same with none.
