New Rail for the Cotton Belt

Caught a KCS rail train on the Alliance sub in Plano TX this evening around sunset 09/15/2020.
Dropping new rail for the DART Silver Line to start construction very soon to rehab the line from Plano to DFW Airport.

Also fixing to start replacing rail diamond, switches on Cotton Belt at Big Sandy.
