Police Action in Chehalis (WA) Last Night (9-16)

Hi All,

I was watching the Virtual Railfan Cam in Chehalis (Can be cound on YouTube, prevented from posting the link) last night and noticed around midnight, this train make an abrupt stop.  Later police inspected it, and after about two+ hours, the train departed.

Anybody know what happened?

Struck a pedestrian at NW Center crossing, which is the second crossing from the camera.

thick smoke on that cam yesterday afternoon. Must have been terrible visibility in the dark
