Once in a while we’ll take a photo that leaves no doubt as to the outside temperature. Even the bright headlights on an orange field here don’t really offer much in the way of warm vibes. Brrr! I do offer just a tiny bit of P-shop chicanery, though. I added some dark vignetting to emulate snuggling inside a warm winter coat. I certainly was at the time…

1. BNSF 6760 has just crossed eastbound over the Neosho River just west of Neosho Rapids, KS on January 27, 2012. A westbound scooter is seen going away on the right.

Very nice!  The meet, through truss, snaky rail in the ditch; even the dark weather gives it a neat effect.
