Interesting responses. I'm glad the boo birds got their's in as well. Bob's and JB's covered hopper is correct. The engineer is backing the lead units to tie on to a string of loaded grain hoppers. (The conductor is out of the frame to the left.) Then, suddenly, the headlights of a westbound on main track 1 appear. I grab my iphone off the console, tap the photo icon and shutter button. Yes there's great movement of the phone as I have about 2 seconds to catch the westbound leader in the gap between the locomotive and the hopper car.

Left to right, top to bottom:
  • Hopper car
  • Step light behind engineer's door or w/b
  • Number board
  • Headlight
  • Headlight
  • Ditch light
  • Front step light
  • Side mirror of vehicle with Gevo in convex mirror
  • Main track 1
  • Siding
  • Back-lit a/c controls in van
  • Gevo in reverse
Thanks for participating
Bill

Funny! The last time I saw something like that I had eaten a 5 pound bag of Oreos with it's genuine "chocolaty" wafers sandwiching a double heep of genuine "white stuff".
