Up2547 east. A long double stack I saw climbing up Donner pass had so many cars with flat spots you got to wonder if U.P. has anybody left to inspect cars in the yard. Some wheels even sound çondemable. Then 2hrs. Later A U.P. bare table left Oakland with about 4000' ft. Of train with maybe 2 minor flat spots heard on the entire train. Hard to believe a loaded double stack left the yard in that condition. But less employees makes the stock more valuable.
