Temps made for a nice afternoon. Traffic is at 26 trains since midnight with more on the way. Here are some trains from yesterday and today.
1027/2020 1. WB 257pm ethanol train with BNSF 5964-6254-3888 on the point with DPU and a friendly toot-toot-wave from the hogger. 2. WB 358pm grain train with BNSF 5357-5048-6935 on the pull with DPU. 3. DPU UP 7520 on same train. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 10/28/20 22:56 by Ritzville. 5. WB 458pm garbage/manifest train with BNSF 9269-7976 on the pull with no DPU. 6. Grab shot of EB 517pm 3x2x1 Mega grain train with BNSF 4023-3990-4547 on the point with DPU's. In my experience it's unusual for a manifest to be powered by only "AC" units on the head end and 3 of them. Unfortunately may be a sign of the decrease in PRB coal shipments?
