Parked Westbounds on Transcon

Went out to play on the Needles Sub today and found it filled with parked westbounds from Amboy all the way to Nebo. This one was stopped west of Ludlow. Supposedly all this was cause by lots of broken rail from radical nighttime temperature drops, but exactly where was not immediately discernible.
