Western Railroad Discussion > Speaking of long trainsDate: 11/20/20 11:48 Speaking of long trains Author: tomstp I feel sorry for some people in Big Sandy Tx with regard to the time it takes for a UP train to clear a road crossing. Time ranges from 7+ minutes to as long as 10 minutes depending on length of the trains. And, none of them are short anymore...Setting in a vehicle and waiting that long for the train to clear I bet they wonder if it ever will. Hope none of them need to go to the potty real bad!
