Older posts with pictures

I just searched for one of my older posts with pictures and lo and behold, No Pictures!!
Can someone please explain why??

How old Dave? IIRC, during one of the major server upgrades the path to photos were broken in older posts. I can't recall when it was though.

I also recently did a search for something and found pics from fifteen years ago still there. After a certain amount  of time, the pics do dissapear but it is quite a while ago.

Just musing the topic, can you imagine the storage volume required to store all posts?

And here, all the time I keep getting told "The Internet is Forever"
I guess that applies only to certain politicians.......hehehe

I think the images are still there Dave. It's just the path in the code in some older posts that got broken in one of the upgrades. You might check the Static Photography section under Media Sharing

Put your user name in the keyword field and click "Author". It looks like you have images in there going back to July 2001.
