Why?
I enjoy the posts everyday. It might not have foreign power or odd ball cars but I enjoy seeing the pictures that Ritzville posts.
If you don't have anything nice to say.......
Ritzville, Keep up the great work, I love your stuff!!!

Thanks BNModeler, I'm just a human webcam, I take pictures of whatever comes by the backyard whether it's interesting or not. Health has kept me from traveling and chasing these days. Hopefully that will change someday soon.

#5441 is one of the "Frankenlocos" with mixed hood/cab parts. Scale Trains is even going to offer it as an HO Scale model!

Nice catch Larry on the H2/H1 dash 9 identity crisis..   I'm betting that 5441 had a weenie roast and needed new long hood doors...  Bet an H1 was the donor.

Nice bunch of shots Larry.  Even an ocassional EMD.  You either got a new camera or the air is cooperating to make clearer/cleaner photos.

Thank you for the images. I appreciate the effort and enjoy the scenes.

As mentioned above, ST is doing some "Frankenlocos" in HO scale: https://www.scaletrains.com/product/rivet-counter-ho-scale-ge-dash-9-44cw-bnsf-hertitage-i-ii-r3/

and also in N scale: https://www.scaletrains.com/product/rivet-counter-n-scale-ge-dash-9-44cw-bnsf-frankenloco-run-3/

Should be arriving next week in fact for the HO ones. Lots of little nuances for sure on the engines. Shops work with what they have on hand.

Nice that 5441 was in storage in the Cleburne Tx yard for a few months with other Dash 9s. Good to see it running again.
