One of them should be the engineer pilot. But I see the two on the left are trainmen judging by their holsters for their radios. The man on the far left is my ex wife's uncle.

I don't recognize any of these guys for some reason, I only left BNSF 2.5 years ago. Trying to think who they are!

It appears that the "holster" on the man on the far left is the sun reflecting off of his glove. With his hand on his hip. Pretty hard to confirm. My initial thought was the same as yours, conductor, engineer and pilot.

Is this a UP train with BNSF power or a BNSF train? Does BNSF have trackage wrights through There?  If so, where do there wrights begin and end?
