BNSF train UP trackage rights 20 February 2021. Rear DPU's; BNSF 6871, ES44AC, and BNSF 997, C44-9W.

Put there many years ago by DRGW as a protection measure after a high wind event blew some freight cars off the track. Wonder if there is any report on that accident that is still accessible today which must have been in newspapers at that time?

Just exactly what I was looking for. March 1969 the wind event occurred which blew the freight cars off the track.
