Unusual visitor on the GW today

Quick grab shot on the Great Western in Windsor, CO today. I've never seen this unit before. I'm guessing it delivered a sand train.

Yep!  Was the DP on a sand train delivered to GW a few days ago.  Cozephyr had some coverage on here.
