BNSF Derailment near Ludlow

Victor Valley Daily Press vvdailypress.com is reporting 44 cars of a BNSF
freight derailed about 1/2 mile east of Ludlow at 12:20 this afternoon.
No injuries were reported.
One car containing denatured alcohol was leaking but County Fire was able to stop the leak.
Photo shows cars accordioned across both tracks.

Really bad to see all those private CRYOTRANS cars destroyed.  They tend ot utilize their cars well, so this hurts.  I feel bad for them.

Ya know, there are more than one Ludlow's in the US.  Heck, I know of at least one other on the BNSF!  So, once again, please don't assume we know what you are talking about!  And you know what is really funny?  I don't even know if the Ludlow in you post is California or Arizona!

Considering AFAIK there is now Ludlow AZ and Ludlow CA is mentioned on this site hundreds of times a month I
think most people know that it's in CA.
