FLNX 1103
Author: ns2557

This past Monday on our way to Denver we stopped and got a few shots of things along the Colo Joint Line. 4 moves between Palmer Lake Co and Castle Rock Co. One was a NB Ballast Load off the Rock & Rail in Pueblo led by BNSF 5478 the other 3 were all SB Coal Loads and in which all 3 were stopped at various spots between Tomah Raod in the north end of Larkspur Co and Castle Rock. But in Castle Rock we shot this caboose, FLNX 1103 sitting just off the main. The reporting marks, FLNX belong to R P Flynn Inc of Ohio Rwy Supply. Looks like a glorified shoving platform with horns at both ends and the big red light on the end in shot.  Any one know perhaps what be up with this one?  Where is it going, ya'll know, the normal questions. There is evidence of some old reprt marks on this end, those being NPRX which are Yakima Interurban Lines Association. Shot in Castle Rock Co on April 19 2021.  Thanks, Ben

The Caboose used to be on the Eastside Freight railroad out of Woodinville Washington until they shut down. I believe the Caboose was sold after that
