CPKCS gets its Voting Trust approved by the STB

The CPKCS Voting Trust proposal has been approved by the STB
subject to modification that the Trustee, David Starling, "be prohibited
from owning any individual shares or securities of Canadian Pacific or its affiliates."

Expect STB's Decision released after market close..
KCS (KSU) closed on 5/6 at $296.31.  This was $16.79 over CP deal and $20.40 under CN deal.
