BNSF H-EVELVJ with 3 SD75's
Author: BrianA

1)  Photographed yesterday 5-14-21 at Puyallup, WA was southbound BNSF H-EVELVJ  (Everett to Longview Jct WA) with 278/279/255 and some interesting cars behind.

2)  Brand new covered hopper ITFX 7043 has a Milwaukee Road look to it with the rib sides.

3)  TILX 24042 appears to be a ballast car.  First one like this that I have seen.  I like the cover over the air tank.

The latest batch of BNSF grain hoppers also have those ribs. Wonder who the mfg is?

TrinityRail, I think it's their newish 5459 hopper

The ITFX car above looks like a TrinityRail product:

Not all new covered hoppers with horizontal ribs are from TrinityRail, however.  At least some of the BNSF cars are a different design made by Greenbrier:

Not a ballast car, per se, but perhaps an aggregate car. It came from Lehigh Cement in Edmonton, Alberta.
