Western Railroad Discussion > What was that I saw in Riverside, CA yesterday?Date: 07/31/21 18:14 What was that I saw in Riverside, CA yesterday? Author: RailRat Yesterday about 5pm, as I entered the west bound 91 freeway, from Central Ave, I barely caught a glimpse of an east bound (OR northbound?) BNSF with 1 lead unit, a buffer car?, and what looked like a baggage car on the end, That's it!
Maybe a geometry train? Jim Baker Riverside, CA Date: 07/31/21 19:03 Re: What was that I saw in Riverside, CA yesterday? Author: PHall The measuring car is automated. Normally doesn't have anybody aboard.
