Under a Harvest Moon
Author: MacBeau

Came across this 3x0 eastbound climbing San Timoteo Canyon at El Casco this morning not too long after sunrise.
Be of good cheer,

Outstanding image, nicely composed and excellent low light. This is a candidate for IOTD in my book.

Nice picture indeed!  The excessive smoke may anger environmentalists, but what can one expect from a railroad running its power into the ground in the name of a wondrous operating ratio!

For rgzfan, San Timoteo is pronounced tim-oh-tay-oh.  Easy and old hat for locals, but for out of the area folks, it can be a real tongue twister!

In his defense I could have phrased that caption better. Thank you to all for the kind words as always.
