Here, eleven years ago, taken from the old Rock Island right of way at Howe, OK, KCS's business train was northbound at CP North Howe.

Author: rrman6 Nothing more beautiful than an F unit in s old-time full-scheme of the early days, before simplified paint schemes replaced them. Had the Rock Island Lines been still rolling this line in those days, they would have been dressed in maroon and silver for passengers and red, black trimmed in white for freight. Gone are the Good Ole' Days!! Just hoping KCS keeps these special units in their dress forever.
