          Been there many times when the MoP was still running.

Can anyone see the ghost of a MOP lineman working those line poles and cross arms in the trackside distance.  God help them if they think there are many hanging wires and insulators today.

Its too bad they do not operate WEST to N.A Junction or Pueblo will they ever?

I thought they built a new siding near NA Junction so as to interchange with BNSF. I believe BNSF also reinstalled the frog at NA Junction earlier this year too.

I recall riding the MoP Colorado Eagle out this line to Colorado Springs about 1954.  But it was in the middle of the night so I missed all the beautiful scenery of wheat blowing in the wind.

That is  a nice Kansas shot!!

New left hand turnout installed. Two new tracks for interchange also built.
