It's looking like we have a dry week in the forecast.  We can use the break.  Much of our power and phone grid was destroyed in the quick series of storms just after Christmas and PG&E and AT&T are only now getting a leg up on the situation.  I finally got my power back on a few days ago, but I still hear generators at night, so i count myself lucky.   I still don't have internet (they say it's another week off) and I drive down to Gold Run twice a day to use my phone's Hot Spot.  That's how I'm sending this now.

A flanger heading west to Roseville today for a bit of R&R.  I think I caught him near Gold Run.

Interesting to see the BC Rail center beam, the SP orange flanger car and the six sided SP equipment shed in the photo. Nice composition, nice catch.
