Interesting DP

A 4-92-2 westbound was discovered waiting out a restrictive signal one intermediary east of Lugo last Tuesday on the Cajon Sub. The goat boat made for a nice addition to the DP seen passing through Silverwood on the other side of the mountain.

That’s not how it’s counted. That’s 4x2, with a nice short train.

I was wondering where your picture of the 92-unit mid-train DPU was... 4400 horsepower apiece, that's 404,800 horsepower...

It does but there’s a long list of reasons why we don’t always take restricting signals…….
