Around 20 cars of an eastbound manifest derailed into the side of an empty coal hopper train.  It happened around MP 8, which would be east of Low Moor.  I've heard a broken wheel mentioned as the cause, although it seems a little early to say that.

"A service interruption just west of Clinton, Iowa, is impacting operations between Chicago and Boone, Iowa. A limited route is available to move shipments around the impacted area. Customers with rail shipments moving through the impacted area should anticipate a minimum of 24 hours of delay."

UP scored another two-fer-one derailment, seems to be on a roll with derailments lately.
