Southbound BNSF Katie Farmer inspection train rolled down the Joint Line (AKA Pikes Peak Subd) early Wednesday, 11 May 2022.  Train left Denver way before sunrise-!  Train saw sunrise at Larkspur south of Castle Rock, Colorado.

Dining car FRED HARVEY and theater inspection car WILLIAM BARSTOW STRONG were on the rear.

Kathryn M. "Katie" Thompson Farmer (born c. 1970) is an American railroad executive. In January 2021, she became the first woman chief executive of a Class I railroad.

This special terminated at La Junta, CO, 11 May 2022 and deadheaded equipment to Topeka, Kansas, where its kept between outings.

went by the Fowler cam 923 am, thanks for getting out i was snoozing...the viaero cams in rocky ford and la junta will show it soon too

There is a good chance that this train doesn't park for days with no crew, get held out of yards, run out of fuel, and other such precision procedures..

When I got to Pueblo Co this am, the DS had it lined from N.Pueblo thru the yard and on east about 45 minutes prior to it getting in town. They ran around the UP's M NYPU at Colorado Springs and had nothing else in front of it. Wouldn't think they held it for anything. Ben

The CEO who authorized the most unfair, one sided attendence policy of any U.S. business, and the employee who skipped out on the recent STB hearings in DC account 'flight connections" even though the rr has its own private jet. 

It’s kinda funny that the other RR west of the Mississippi has a draconian availability policy too, and enacted it a few years ago and the only outrage heard about that was crickets. 🤔
