Multiple Monsters

A doubled-up westbound 3x4x0 grinds out the final miles toward the summit of the Arizona Divide at Flagstaff back on May 8th, a day that saw several westbound monsters. Unfortunately this was the only one that lent itself to being photographed in reasonably good light.

You watch those come hauling up to the station and then just die, like 40 to 15 in a 1/4 mile,
