The Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad runs daily on a part of the line from Garibaldi to Rockaway Beach. So far the benefits of reopening the rail line will not outweigh the costs of rebuilding it. POTB no longer operates but the Oregon Coast Scenic RR is close by. https://oregoncoastscenic.org/
