New Unit for the DRIR or Denver Rock Island

On Saturday July 30 2022 while shooting the UP 4014 in Denver. saw this "new" unit for the DRIR at the BNSF 31st St Diesel Shop on it's way just around the corner to it's new home. Ex Nebraska Central but not sure which one there. Wonder how long it will take to repaint into DRIR Blue Paint?  Thanks for looking, Ben.

                   It IS an ex Santa Fe geep.

                    Needs some engine work prior to painting, otherwise it will be a waste of money too.

Originally I would see the Santa Fe GP7's working the local back in my home town of Lockport, Illinois.
This was back in the early 1970's.
