Union Pacific and BNSF rail traffic was flowing well in Stockton, CA on an overcast afternoon in April 2022 ahead of the Easter holiday. The first video clip features BNSF 5820 with its nice sounding Nathan K5HL swinging off the BNSF-UP connection and heading northward, pulling a manifest bound for the Pacific Northwest. The second train shows a freshly painted UP 7076 storming southbound under the Crosstown Freeway with its sights set on Tehachapi Pass and ultimately the yard at West Colton. Notice the classic Southern Pacific boxcar positioned directly behind the power!
