FRA staff hard pressed to process loan applications

At today's meeting of the advisory South Dakota State Railroad Board, SDDOT Secretary Joel Jundt told the six members and interested public that the FRA preferred to process large amount grant applications.  The goal is to get grants awarded and reduce the amount of unallocated funds under FRA control.  The labor to process an application is the same regardless of amount.
