Glad they were smart enough to keep the Reporting Marks clear.

Were they?  Maybe someone put them back on after the "artists" painted them over.  Proves that you can't paint them high enough.

Many of us have been disgusted with the graffiti "artists" who ply their trade courtesy of the railroads.  However, in Cedar Rapids, IA  and elsewhere in the state, some very fine murals have been applied to downtown buildings and parkades showing real talent.  Don't know if there's any connection to the two, but vandalism and sheer beauty apparently have been married.

It has become pretty common among the tagger criminals to leave the reporting marks unmolested, because they've learned a car with visible reporting marks is much less likely to take a trip to its owner's paint shop.
