Maybe someone put them back on after the "artists" painted them over. Proves that you can't paint them high enough. However, in Cedar Rapids, IA and elsewhere in the state, some very fine murals have been applied to downtown buildings and parkades showing real talent. Don't know if there's any connection to the two, but vandalism and sheer beauty apparently have been married.
