Western Railroad Discussion > Oakland Terminal Railway 97 (BUGX 2197) Returns to ServiceDate: 03/04/23 08:43 Oakland Terminal Railway 97 (BUGX 2197) Returns to Service Author: NickWolters Roaming the rails once again, ex-Oakland Terminal Railway (OTR) 97 spent the first few days of March 2023 running around at the Port of Stockton. Dieselmotive Company purchased the locomotive several years ago and Central California Traction Co. crews have run the GP7u intermittently. The first video clip shows the former Santa Fe Geep pulling a couple tank cars from Duraflame with CCT 1503 (ex-SP 2604). The second and final clip was filmed at the West Washington Street crossing, where BUGX 2197 gets a good workout in, shoving a number of cars westward.
