According to a post inside headsup a Rotary derailed between Cisco And Troy.

after it was said that the rotary derailed it was said it would be another two hours tell the rotary got to shed 47 so maybe they cup off from the derailed rotary and are continuing east and same trailing rotary derailed in 2011

As I understand it the 207 is on the ground.  The 207 was on the East end, so the 211 will need to crossover at Switch 9 (the derailment is on the 2 Track between Tunnels 38 & 39, if my info is accurate) if they are to get to Shed 47.
The Big Hook has been called in Roseville, but I don't know when it will be underway.

Well, imagine that.  An old-fashioned big hook is needed.  Amazing UP still has one.

Holy cow if they bring the Big Hook we are going way back on the Time Machine. 

Bummer for the RR but quite an adventure for those of us watching.

Oh man…been a couple years since a hook was used! I’m excited to see some actions shots of one in todays age.

The real test will be finding somebody qualified to operate it…hopefully somebody can figure it out.

UP still has a couple, which is smart.

The rotary is about a mile East of the Cisco gas station. The big hook just arrived about 15 minutes ago (0630).
